The Research Division
The Research Division of The Infant-Parent Institute-as well as our affiliate non-profit foundation, Collaborative Solutions, Inc.-includes thinkers from clinical, developmental and experimental psychology, social work, criminal justice and related fields, all eager to turn their attention to significant new issues in children's mental health, women's health, treatment outcome and program evaluation. The Research
Division has been principally occupied, in recent years, fulfilling a
contract with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services
(IDCFS) to advise the Department regarding the certification of - as well
as to provide certification assistance, monitoring and technical assistance
to - child welfare and mental health service providers who participate
in the Medicaid Community Mental Health Services ("Medicaid") Program

The Research Division of The Infant-Parent Institute has two offices in Illinois: Champaign Matteson Research Division staff are active in providing consultation and education to aid mental health service providers in the implementation of Medicaid program requirements.
